RELEASE POLICY
At Nova Creative, we're committed to delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients' expectations. Here's our release policy:
RELEASE TERMS
- The final project will be released to the client once the following conditions are met:
- The client has paid the remaining 40% of the project cost.
- The client has confirmed in writing that they are 100% satisfied with the project.
RELEASE PROCESS
- Once the release conditions are met, we will deliver the final project files to the client via email or file transfer.
- The client will have access to the project files and can use them for their intended purpose.
POST-RELEASE SUPPORT
- We offer limited support for 30 days after the project release.
- Any changes or revisions requested by the client after the project release will incur additional costs.
By agreeing to work with Nova Creative, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these release terms and conditions.
