Refund policy
REFUND POLICY
At Nova Creative, we strive to provide high-quality services to our clients. However, we understand that sometimes projects may need to be cancelled or changed. Here's our refund policy:
PAYMENT TERMS
- 60% of the total project cost is due upon signing of the agreement to commence work on the project.
- The remaining 40% is due before the final release of the project.
REFUND TERMS
- If the client cancels the project for any reason, the 60% payment made to commence work on the project is non-refundable.
- The client will not be charged for the remaining 40% of the project cost.
- No work or project files will be released to the client.
RELEASE TERMS
- The final 40% payment is due before the project is released to the client.
- The client must confirm in writing that they are 100% satisfied with the project before the final payment is made.
- Once the project is released, any changes or revisions requested by the client will incur additional costs.
By signing the agreement, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
